Led by Vizzi, the Avali Defense Coalition (or ADC) was a temporary, multi-joint alliance between over eighty pack leaders to protect themselves from the United Systems Colonial Federation and its hostilities after The Culling. It was established in 2179.
Background
Creating new bonds
Following the end of The Culling, one of the victims, Vizzi, contacted a pack that held close ties with his own. Trust was already established, creating ease in trying to establish the foundation for the Coalition. With permission from his trusted friend, Sinakara, who was a respected pack leader, he dispatched teams amongst the pack to contact other Avali groups across the Kallistos Sector and its neighboring areas. Hundreds were contacted, showing proof of the USCF's hostilities, but only twenty were willing to stand by Vizzi and Sinakara.
The attempt at making alliances was staggeringly exhaustive due to the formalities that the Avali are quite unused to. As such, a few left due to how the treaties were being created and signed, simply because formalities aren't quite a thing of their kind after they left Avalon so long ago. Meanwhile, a few others who were impatient and wanted immediate action taken against the USCF, instead of waiting endlessly for the formalities to finish with every individual pack, had departed from the quivering alliance to take matters into their own hands. Soon, there were only thirteen packs willing to pursue the new bonds to create. After a total of two months of writing alliance treaties that detailed the resources, personnel, and shared leadership, insofar as even many pack leaders giving up some of their leadership in favor of Vizzi himself as the primary monarch of the allied packs, the Avali Defense Coalition was formed. And with an improved pack recruitment system in place, getting new blood into the alliance would not be as difficult as before.
The Coalition rises
As the Coalition fought alongside the Alliance of the Republic Planets and the New Terran Republic in multiple battles, their feats had not gone unnoticed by the few packs who witnessed them. The Avali network was flooded with articles, videos, and other media about the three contenders against the USCF, often being called "the Defender Triad" by young adults. With the news spreading like wildfire of their feats, two packs even deployed satellites to spy on their feats, happy to see what was happening to the hostile human forces.
